1) A pricelist can be faxed to you on request.

2) An initial minimum order of R2 000.00 will apply to new customers.

3) Ordering has to be done according to product codes.

4) Fax the order through to 012 - 809 2890 or e-mail to orders@easternwindowimp.com

5) You will then receive a pro-forma invoice with a quotation number that is valid for 7 days.

6) Freight cost will be to the buyers account, however, if you would like to make use of your own courier company, please provide us with the name, telephone number and your account number.
7) No orders will be dispatched by post.

8) Orders will be dispatched after we have received full payment. Please fax proof of payment to us.

9) Although we carry a large amount of stock, it could happen that a specific item may be out of stock, where we would put it on back order. We will notify you as soon as possible when it is available.
